Billing
Filing upload pricing combines PDF storage with indexed filing text storage. Token processing and file-search retrieval are metered from prepaid assistant credits.
Filing upload & indexed storage
- Uploaded PDF storage
- $0.25 / GB / month
- Flat filing storage option
- $9.99 / month
- Index extracted filing text
- $1.00 / GB
- Indexed text storage
- $1.00 / GB / day
A filing can have both stored PDF bytes and indexed text bytes. PDF storage is plan-based; extracted text indexing and indexed text storage debit assistant credits when enabled for retrieval.
Metered assistant services
- Output tokens
- $0.00168 / token
- Input tokens
- $0.00021 / token
- File-search retrieval
- $25.00 / 1,000 searches
As a rough guide, 1 token is about 4 characters of English text (so about 750 words is about 1,000 tokens), depending on formatting and content.
File-search retrieval is charged only when indexed filings are searched for a thread or draft. Normal model input and output tokens are charged separately.
